Performance at The Gorbals Leisure Centre, Glasgow, where four brass band musicians played music from Tchaikovsky’s Swan Lake to people whilst half submerged in the swimming pool water. The piece responded to the history of brass bands as a source of civic pride, public swimming pools as communal space, the elitism of the classical music world and the universality of classical music.
