Performance at The Gorbals Leisure Centre, Glasgow, where four brass band musicians played music from Tchaikovsky’s Swan Lake to people whilst half submerged in the swimming pool water. The piece responded to brass bands as a source of civic pride, swimming pools as one of the last examples of communal spaces that we share and the elitism yet universality of classical music.
