Hello!

Hello!

My name is Katy and I am a performance maker. I work both solo and in collaboration, creating work that often sits within live art and contemporary performance practice.

I seek to actively involve risk and chance in what I make. I try to create unrepeatable moments of performance driven by a process-led practice.

I work with real situations, personal histories, social experiment and a curiosity about what happens in the live moment of performance. Sometimes this has looked like wandering the streets of a city as a rat, re-enacting Britney's 'Hit Me Baby One More Time' dance, meeting climate catastrophe with karaoke and submerging a brass band in a public swimming pool.
